Three big Sunday shopping events make this wish come true every year: on three Sundays in December, many shops in Zurich city centre are open from 11.00 am to 6.00 pm. Zurich Christmas

There's no way around the Christmas city of Zurich.

There is so much to discover in Zurich at Christmas time. For example, the Christmas markets with their picturesque market huts. The oldest of its kind in Zurich is the Dörfli Christmas market in the Old Town against a backdrop steeped in history.

Zurich is simply irresistible during the Advent season! A marvellous sea of lights illuminates the charming city. In the midst of cosmopolitan Swiss hospitality, you can relax and get in the mood for the festive season.
